I am building from scratch PMO unit and organizing project management process throughout the company. I support digital transformation program.

I was responsible for external sales and key partnerships. As a product owner I was managing backlog of a SCRUM team that was building integrations and sales solutions (API, Headless CMS, landing pages).

I was managing projects within digital transformation program and I was responsible for whole innovation management area.

I was co-owner and co-founder of an interactive agency. My area of responsibility was end-to-end development process - from gathering client's requirements to final project implementation.
