I specialize in project and innovation management and development of IT systems.

Agility is for me not only a buzzword, but mainly a way of work. I have experience in many different roles and I feel confident both as an expert or as a team leader.

I used to work in scientific, startup and international enviroment.

PMO management

I will help organize project portfolio, indentify dependencies and eliminate bottlenecks. I will guide how to implement best project management practices or carry out an agile transformation.

Innovation management

Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Customer Development... there are so many methods with just one goal - to systemize and organize new product development proccess. How to build business accelerator? How to light a spark of entrepreneurship in your employees? I would love to share my experience.

Project management

As a project manager I will choose best methods, organize the team and build the schedule. As a Scrum Master I will coach the teams, remove all the roadblocks and I will tkae care of the proper rythm of work.

IT systems analysis

As a business analyst or product owner I will describe system requirements, prioritize backlog and define the road to achieve business goals - everything based on gathered data and user's feedback. My scientific experience will help me with that.
